With a Bachelor's defree in Education from the University of Genegva, Ilir trained as a sports agent at the "Ecole des Agents de Joueurs de Football (EAJF).
Coming from a passionate background, Ilir's passion for football is part of his DNA. In addition to his to his academic background, Ilir has over 20 years' experience in the game, as a player, coach and referee. Co-founder of RM Sports, he is responsible for recruitement and media management.
Through his training as a sports agent and his practice of football, he has the necessary experience to detect the high potential of players evolving in a demanding and often ambitious environment. Ilir's aim is to help them se realistic, achievable goals, put in place progress measures, and negotiate sometimes difficult personal turns with confidence and security.
Nicolas Gasbarro
LEGAL & MANAGERIAL GUARANTOR
Legal counsel by training, Nicolas holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in sports law, issued by the Universities of Geneva and Neuchâtel. As a football enthusiast, he has practiced this sport since his childhood.
It was therefore an obvious choice to co-found RM Sports. Authorized to carry out athletes placement at national and international level (OCE & SECO), Nicolas is the legal and managerial guarantor of RM Sports.
Interested in the professional and personal environment in which athletes evolve, attentive to their physical and psychological conditions as well as their needs requiring serious support, Nicolas is able to advise/represent athletes on all the essential aspects surrounding their career, while taking into account their brevity. Nicolas is just as much involved in contract negotiations and transfer conditions as he is in spoonsorship and insurance issues.
Arthur Armand-Ugon
PHYSIOTHERAPIST & PERSONAL TRAINER
Since obtaining his degree in Physiotherapy at the "Haute Ecole de Santé" in Geneva, Arthur has mainly worked mainly with athletes, both amateurs and professionals. He has been practicing his profession for several years at the Physio-Centre of Terre-Sainte, a center in which Arthur also offers private sports coaching sessions. Co-founder of Rising Management, he is responsible for the health sector.
In addition to his professional experience, he has held various positions outside the firm, notably in Swiss football clubs (semi-professional and professional) and at national level in women's rugby.
Athlete and big fan of football, he made his passion his job. Caring, he ensures a physical follow-up of the agency players, in particular, by means of complete assessments and functional tests. This allows Arthur to offer personalized programs to optimize their performance, prevent injuries and thus follow their evolution.
Arthur has all the skills required to allow players - whatever their level - to improve their general physical progress.
